Additional charges for international orders:

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Owing Collective. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering. 

Shipping/Delivery related:

Unfortunately, we do not accept PO Box's as a delivery address. 

If you want to track your delivery, within your shipping confirmation email you will find your tracking link from our shipping partner. Following your individual tracking link you will have an available contact number for your local office to make any queries (https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking).  

If you are not home to collect your delivery, contact the local customer services of our shipping partners to make a change to your delivery method.

Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

DISCLAIMER Owing Collective is not responsible for the loss of parcels if the customer has created an Authority to Leave at the address which an order is delivered to. Please ensure your address details are correct as Owing Collective takes no responsibility for deliveries which are made to addresses entered in error.
